Wynn Signature Series Set for January in Las Vegas

Poker players often head to gambling cities like Las Vegas in order to take part in major events. With the New Year approaching, it is important to be in the know as to what will be on offer in 2020. Starting in mid-January, the Wynn Las Vegas will be offering the popular Wynn Signature Series. Players can easily head to Sin City and take part in massive tournament options with over $1.3 million in guaranteed prize money up for grabs.

Wynn Signature Series Details

The Wynn Signature Series will run from January 15th until February 2nd, 2020. Players will find a ton of tournament action on the schedule including what will perhaps be the most anticipated event, the $400,000 guaranteed tournament. This event will have a buy-in of $1,100 and will include three starting flights, beginning on January 23rd.

Day 1B and Day 1C will run on the 24th and 25th followed by the final day of play on eh 26th. Players who participate will be given 25,000 in starting chips and will play at 40 minute blind levels. The blind levels will stay the same on the final day of the event.

Players who want to avoid the large buy-in to the huge event can take part in Super Satellites. For this event, Wynn Casino is offering two Super Satellites. One satellite will take place on the 23rd and the second on the 24th. The Super Satellites only cost $200 to enter.

Right after the $400,000 event, players will find even more action during the Wynn Signature Series. A $200,000 guaranteed poker tournament will be the next event on the schedule with a $600 buy-in. This tournament will also have three starting flights, running on the 27th, 28th and 29th of January.

Additional Events

The majority of the Wynn Signature Series schedule will be No Limit Hold’em format. However, players will also find other formats. The starting event is $40,000 guaranteed Survivor tournament with only a $400 buy-in. In this event, players will earn $100 for every competitor taking out of the tournament.

The very next day, players will find an Omaha tournament on the schedule. This event will be a $300 Limit Omaha Hi-Low 8-or Better option, with a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool. Another Omaha event is on the schedule later on, with a higher guaranteed prize pool of $20,000 with a $400 buy-in.

The majority of the tournament schedule will include a few events each day. As the schedule comes to an end, February 1st will offer a No Limit Hold’em event with a $50,000 guaranteed prize pool and $550 buy-in. On February 2nd, another No Limit Hold’em tournament will be on offer, this time with a $300 buy-in and $20,000 in guaranteed prize money.
