PrivateTable.com Gears Up for Real-Money Play

PrivateTable.com Gears Up for Real-Money PlayThe Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel have made a few changes to their PrivateTable.com website, apparently continuing to move forward with real-money play.

As many are aware, the small California Indian tribe has been promising for months that a real-money launch was coming, a launch that would allow players within California to compete against each other in online poker. The legality of the endeavor remains in question, as California lawmakers have not yet approved Internet poker legislation.

California lawmakers have not even voted upon Internet poker legislation, despite the introduction of ipoker bills for several years running. Those attempts will include 2015, as Assemblyman Mike [geolink href=”https://www.usafriendlypokersites.com/new-online-poker-bill-introduced-california/”]Gatto proposed new legislation (AB 9) last week[/geolink] to be debated in next year’s legislative session.

The Iipay Nation believe that current legislation, namely the state-tribe compact and the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, permit them to offer non-house banked games such as real-money online poker and bingo as long as wagers are taking place on tribal land via Internet servers. Santa Ysabel already launched low stakes real-money bingo by proxy at [geolink href=”https://www.usafriendlypokersites.com/california-files-lawsuit-vs-iipay-tribes-online-bingo-site/”]DesertRoseBingo.com, which was immediately met with a legal challenge[/geolink] from the California Attorney General.

Real-money online poker at PrivateTable has yet to commence and customer service could not provide me with a specific date as to when a launch might take place. However, changes at the website and confirmation from customer service that preparations for real-money play are ongoing confirms that the Iipay tribe are gearing up for a roll out despite a request for an injunction filed in court over their online bingo launch.

Deposit Bonus at PrivateTable

The modifications to the PrivateTable.com site include a deposit bonus of $100 that requires a minimum deposit of only $15. The bonus will be paid out in increments of $10 at a rakeback percentage of 20%.

The site is also promoting daily freerolls at which $10 Google Play and iTunes gift cards can be won. Those freerolls are hosted hourly from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. PT.

Bitcoin, Visa and In-person Deposits

Once the real-money launch commences, PrivateTable appears poised to accept deposits through Visa credit cards, Bitcoin currency, and by personally visiting their Smoke Shop in Santa Ysabel. Withdrawals will be available online, with a minimum of only $5.

There will be no rakeback available to players. However, the Iipay Nation promise to disburse some of their profits received by raking pots back to their customers in the form of freerolls, bonuses, rewards and various promotions.

Licensing

PrivateTable proudly proclaims that the Santa Ysabel Gaming Commission has licensed the site and will oversee the integrity of online poker play. The Santa Ysabel Gaming Ordinance will be adhered to when enforcing regulations.

That licensing, of course, will come under scrutiny if and when the promised real-money launch occurs. [geolink href=”https://www.usafriendlypokersites.com/california/”]Regulated online poker in California[/geolink] is expected to be quite lucrative considering that the state leads the nation in population with almost 30 million residents.

Santa Ysabel appear undaunted regarding the prospect of facing further legal challenges from state officials should they make good on their promise and launch for real-money.
