The Indianapolis 500 is the most exciting auto race of the year and BetOnline Poker is adding to the excitement with a special Poker 500 Turbo Series.
It seems like BetOnline currently is the place to be. Just after we published our article on the $15,000 Weekly Cash Race at BetOnline Poker earlier this week, they are coming with the next promotion already. You will have to be quick though, as this promotion will just be available to fill your long upcoming weekend.
The upcoming Memorial Day weekend marks the 103rd running of the famed Indy 500 and poker players at BetOnline Poker will be on an equally fast pace with 15 extra tournaments on the schedule from Saturday, May 25 thru Monday, May 27. All of the events will be played under a Turbo format, making for speedy action similar to what will be on display during the 200-lap and 500-mile race in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday, May 26.
The Poker 500 Turbo Series features five tournaments on each of the three days. The games spread come in multiple poker variations that include No Limit Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha, and Six Plus Hold’em, with a mix of game types such as Boost, Bounty, KO, Re-Entry, and Rebuy/Add-on.
With regard to buy-ins, players of all bankroll sizes will have a position at the starting line. The entry fees run the gamut from only $2.20 to $22. Each tournament comes with a guaranteed prize pool, anywhere from $500 up to $5,000.
Take a look at the Poker 500 Turbo Series schedule below. All times listed are ET.

As the schedule indicates, tournaments begin every two hours starting at 3:00 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday and 12:00 noon on Memorial Day. The Main Event is the $5,000 GTD at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, with a $0.22 buy-in 50-seat guaranteed satellite scheduled for noon on the same day.
Players who get knocked out and don’t make it to the finish line during the Poker 500 Turbo Series aren’t out of luck. There’s always the Bad Beat Jackpot cash game tables available for anyone needing to make a pit stop.
The BBJ is currently more than $515,000, which is enough to draw players from far and wide to BetOnline Poker. Add to that the exciting Poker 500 Turbo Series and if you’re not in attendance at the Brickyard in Indianapolis to watch the Indy 500, BetOnline is the place to be this weekend.
Those who have yet to play at US-facing BetOnline Poker can take advantage of a 100% up to $1,000 first-time deposit bonus. The bonus cash is released in increments of $10 as player points are accumulated. A full 30 days are allowed in which to secure the available bonus.
