Americas Cardroom is hosting a special Pot Limit Omaha event from Saturday October 8 with MOre cash, MOre tournaments, and MOre jackpots than ever before.
Just prior to Christmas last year, Americas Cardroom hosted a hugely successful MO! MO! MO! PLO week. Since then, players have been clamouring for the special Pot Limit Omaha promotions to return, and Americas Cardroom has finally obliged with MOre cash, MOre tournaments, and MOre jackpots than ever before.
In addition to the previous selection of promotions, Americas Cardroom is also giving players the opportunity to qualify for a $50,000 guaranteed PLO Sunday Special tournament via daily Freebuy tournaments – tournaments that cost nothing to enter, but allow players to purchase re-buys and an add-on if required.
During the nine days of the promotion, players will be able to get their hands on a free poker bonus of up to $700, play in PLO tournaments with total guaranteed prize pools in excess of $130,000, and have the chance of winning a share of $150,000 in Americas Cardroom´s Jackpot Sit & Go games. MOre Cash – Free Poker Bonus up to $700
From Saturday October 8 until Friday October 14, cash game players will be challenged to play as many hands as possible between 6:00am and 8:00am (all times ET) and 10:00pm and 12:00 midnight. For each completed set of 100 hands (whether the hand is folded or played), players will be awarded $10.00 in the form of a free poker bonus up to $100 each day.
On October 15, the amount of the bonus earned will be placed into each player´s account (up to $700), and players then have sixty days in which to clear the bonus. Please note that players will have to activate the bonus by going into their accounts on Saturday October 15, and thereafter it is cleared in the standard manner ($1.00 for each 27.5 Award Points).
MOre Tournaments – and a Free Route into the $50K PLO Sunday Special
The MO! MO! MO! PLO tournament schedule starts on Monday October 10 with three tournaments each weekday guaranteeing a total of $10,000 in prize money. On Friday night there is an extra $150 + $75 + $10 buy-in Knockout event with a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool, and Saturday´s line-up features a 6-Max Knockout, a 6-Max R/A, an 8-Max Turbo, and a $5K guaranteed event with a buy-in of just $11.
The highlight of Sunday´s four-event schedule is the $215 buy-in PLO Sunday Special that has had its guaranteed raised to $50,000 and offers at least one Freebuy qualifier every day for players to satellite into the event for pennies on the dollar – if not entirely free. The Freebuy qualifiers take place at 12:00 noon each day (Monday – Friday), with two qualifiers on Saturday (11:00am and 7:00pm), and a final one on Sunday morning (11:00am).
MOre Jackpots – Win Your Share of $150,000
Jackpot Poker is Americas Cardroom´s three-handed hyper-turbo Sit & Go in which a random prize is drawn up to 2,500 times the buy-in before each game starts. Americas Cardroom offers PLO Jackpot Poker all the time, but with the choice of buy-ins limited to $2.00, $10.00 and $25.00. During the MO! MO! MO! PLO promotion, a higher level of buy-in will be available – $60.00.
This means that the maximum prize that can be drawn will increase from $62,500 to $150,000 and, when any prize of 100 times the buy-in or more is drawn players will have the choice of two deal options. The first option is that the prize money is split 75/15/10, and the second option is that the prize money is split 40/30/30. In theory, you could pay your $60.00 buy-in, come third out of three, and still walk away with $45,000!
